There could be a few of reasons why you didn't receive your order:
1. Item was backordered or out of stock. Keep an eye out for an email or phone call from one of our Bedding Experts. We will let you know how long it will be before the item comes back to us. At this time, if you do not want to wait, we would be happy to suggest alternatives.
2. A few of the items that we carry on our website are sent directly from the manufacturer. In this case, it may take longer than the usual 3-7 business days to reach you. Oftentimes our website will inform you of the general lead times. (ex: Usually ships in 2-3 business days)
3. Your address was inputted incorrectly. Take a look at your order confirmation. The address that is listed on it is the address that we are sending the item to. If it is not correct, please contact our Bedding Experts immediately. If we haven't mailed your order out yet, we can get it changed easily. If we have already mailed it we may need to contact UPS for you.
4. Tracking indicates that the order has been delivered, but you did not revceive it. This might be an issue with the carrier. Contact our Bedding Experts, and we will investigate.
