Over time and with repeated usage, your pillow can flatten out. When the material inside of the pillow is compressed continually it won't bounce back and reform as easily. Not to worry, though! There are a couple of ways to fluff your pillow back up.
1. Fluff your pillow every day or as needed. Before you lay your head on the pillow, grab it by both ends and move your hands inward and outward like you are playing an accordion. This will work air back into the fill and plump up your pillow.
2. Put your pillow in the dryer on low heat. Put your pillow in the dryer on the lowest heat setting with a clean tennis ball. This will really work a lot of air into your pillow and decompress the material.
